As a Control Room Operator, you are the "voice with a smile", and your main responsibility is be managing our Office control room. You are dealing with all internal and external calls in a professional and efficient manner. Whilst handling a range of matters, you will provide exceptional attention to detail, security services knowledge, and convey the appropriate tone and warmth in all communications. Main Duties: To support Security Officer personnel to carry out their duties and to explore any potential problems. Ensure all Security Officers are at their respective sites on time and that they are relieved or taken off on time. Ensure that rostering of staff is complete and that all the sites are manned according to relevant contract. Liaise with subcontractors and all relevant external stakeholders. Assist to take Security Officers on and off sites where necessary. Dealing with hourly check calls. Logging officers coming on and going off duty. Taking telephone enquiries from clients. Coordinating incidents/alarm activations. Liaising with emergency services and other monitoring agents. Emergency rostering of Officers. Completing reports. Other administrative duties **Requirements**: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and guests - fluent level of spoken English is essential.
