We provide a wide range of plant and equipment hire solutions to the construction, civil engineering and industrial sectors. Our Head office is in Grangemouth, with depots across Scotland and Manchester. We operate through 6 divisions incorporating Plant, Handling, Access, Accommodation, Power and Commercial Vehicles. **What part will you play in our Team?**

The role of our **depot driver/valetor **is a key role in the area of our JP Rentals operations. The driver/valetor is responsible for the collection and delivery of all rental vehicles while ensuring that all rental vehicles are cleaned to our high standard ready for hire to our customers. The main duties of this role include (but are not limited to):

- Checking of service certificates that are due and update service stickers on equipment
- Carrying out off hire inspections raising and recording damages where necessary
- Refuelling of vehicles from off hire
- Ensuring all vehicles prepared for hire are up to company standards
- Oversee the safety of vehicle: check oil, tyres, screen wash etc.
- Test drive vehicles when required
- Assist with site/yard maintenance

**Am I the person for this job?**
- Do you have a full UK driving Licence (essential)?
- Experience in cleaning equipment or vehicles to a high standard? (full training will be provided)?
- Can you be proficient in the completion of delivery and collection paperwork? (full training will be provided)?
- Do you have experience in a driving and/or rental environment with an understanding of UK driving regulations (desirable)?
- Are you customer focused with a can do attitude?
- Are you Team Player?
