What You'll Be Doing (Your Mission as an Eager Explorer)

This is your chance to soak up everything about the property industry. You'll be working closely with our experienced Property Consultants, learning the ropes from the ground up. Day-to-day, you'll be:

- **Shadowing our expert agents**: Learning exactly how the best in the business operate.
- **Assisting with property viewings**: Getting to know homes inside out and seeing how they're presented.
- **Learning our local market**: Discovering what makes Southbourne and the surrounding areas tick, property-wise.
- **Helping with client communication**: Understanding how to keep everyone informed and happy throughout the sales process.
- **Supporting the team**: Lending a hand with administrative tasks and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- **Mastering the basics**: From how we describe properties to how we use our systems, you'll be on a fast track to becoming a property pro.

What We're Looking For (About You)

You don't need years of experience in property - that's what we're here to teach you What we _do_ need is:

- A **full driving license and access to a vehicle**: Essential for getting out and about (and probably for tea runs, let's be honest).

This is more than just a job; it's the **first step on a clear career roadmap** that can take you all the way to becoming a Senior Property Consultant, and even a self-employed Equity Partner with Mr Green Estate Agents
- **Starting wage of £25,000**:

- **Full, structured training and dedicated mentorship**: We'll invest in you and provide all the tools you need to succeed.
- Our aim is for you to **progress from the trainee stage in 6-12 months**, moving quickly into the Property Consultant role.

- **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM (5:00 PM on Fridays).
- Once fully trained, you'll work **one in four Saturdays**.
