Leigh Academy Horsmonden is looking for an enthusiastic and creative **After School Club Supervisor** to join our vibrant team. This is an incredible opportunity to inspire young minds and play a key role in their daily development.
In this rewarding role, you’ll:
- ** Build strong connections with children,** encouraging social interaction and teamwork to help them develop confidence and friendships.
- ** Create a positive and welcoming environment** where every child feels valued and excited to join in the fun.
- ** Plan and lead creative activities,** from arts and crafts to interactive games, sparking children’s imaginations and keeping them engaged.
- Support children in their personal development while promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
The role offers an actual salary of £6,028 per annum (£23,656 full time equivalent) per annum based on 11.25 hours per week, Term Time only. (5 days per week, 15:15-17:30). The role will be centred around supporting children’s learning and development in all aspects of school life, not only in class but during social times too.
