Window Cleaner

Easy Window Cleaning are a rapidly expanding, family run business based in Stonehouse. We provide services to all of Gloucestershire. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team on a full time permanent basis. The role is ongoing, not just seasonal.

As a team member of Easy Window Cleaning you will be the face of the company. You must be friendly and approachable. We area modern progressive window cleaning company and expect you to maintain the companies professional reputation at all times. Uniform is provided.

Duties include:

- Undertaking a large volume of domestic and commercial window cleaning contracts at throughout the county.
- Managing client relationships in a specific area.
- Signing up new customers and helping to grow the business.
- Maintaining equipment and vans.
- Liaising with clients when on site.
- Using both traditional and water-fed pole cleaning methods daily.
- Various other cleaning tasks such as pressure washing, gutter clearance etc on an ad-hoc basis in line with client requirements.
- Occasional work at height from a ladder.
- Working alone as well as part of a team.
- Working outside in all weather.
- Friendly and enthusiastic.
- Reliable.
- Meticulous and have a good eye for detail.
- Flexible as occasional early starts/late finishes may be required. As well as occasional changes in schedule due to severe weather etc.
- A full driving licence is required.
- Must be able to complete a DBS disclosure due to attending customers properties.
The bulk of our work is completed Monday to Friday. We regularly work 1 Saturday per month with occasional ad-hoc weekend work throughout the year. 28 days paid holiday is included per annum. Upon successful completion of the probationary period you will be eligible for the company bonus scheme. If you meet the criteria above please apply.
