In the event of successfully being offered the position, you will receivea 6-week induction period which will include 3-weeks supervised work with a Senior Engineer with an end of week review, and then 3-weeks unsupervised work with a final review including feedback from other team members.

**As a Helpdesk Support and Installations Engineer, your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing telephone and remote second line support
- Providing site-based installation of hardware and software
- Providing site-based second and third line assistance
- Covering the Sussex, Surrey, and Greater London areas

**We are looking for a Helpdesk Support and Installations Engineer who has the following skills and experiences**:

- Ideally previous commercial IT experience operating in the small to medium business market assisting 10-25+ users
- To hold a full UK driver’s license and have own vehicle.
- To be experienced in all aspects of installation and support for Windows 10 and 11.
- To be experienced in assistance in relation to Server 2019 and Microsoft 365
- Installation and support of Networked based printing
- Basic PC based hardware diagnostics and fault finding abilities
- Experience with setting up internet routers, wireless networks from various vendors
