They are looking for an articulate, well presented individual to work alongside the team as the **Workshop Controller**.
Situated not too far from **Wokingham, Berkshire**you will have the opportunity to work for a fantastic company that are incredibly good at promoting people from within.

**The Role**

You will be managing a medium sized team of Technicians including Apprentices, ensuring the workshop is running as smoothly as possible. This will include monitoring the efficiency of the Technicians ensuring profitability is being maximised using any andall materials, equipment and labour resources.

**What They Need in You**
- This is no ordinary Workshop Controller position; they are looking for someone that has technical knowledge to guide an lead the Technicians. As well as someone polished and presentable to interact and develop relationships with the customers.
- You will need to have proven leadership; someone the team can aspire to become like. Therefore, experience as a Workshop Controller or Workshop Manager is essential.
- They feel it is all about driving the team to deliver, a big part of this is conducting regular staff reviews. This is something you will need to be familiar with also.
- Someone who is dedicated to getting the job done and willing to the extra mile for the team and customers.

**The Package**

You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, with an hour for lunch. Saturday's are not contracted, but they may need you to help out every now and then.
