**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are accurately recorded
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with guest services such as arranging transportation, and providing local information
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hotel operations and reservation systems
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- Guest services: 2 years (required)
- Phone etiquette: 2 years (required)
- Hotel experience: 1 year (required)
- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
