**Job Summary**
As a member of our Bar Team, you'll create a warm, welcoming experience for hotel guests, golf club members, and event attendees. Your primary responsibilities include preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and delivering outstanding customer service in a premium environment.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and licensing laws, including COSHH policies.
- Engage with customers by taking orders, offering drink recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including polishing equipment, glassware, and surfaces.
- Accurately handle cash and card transactions using basic maths skills.
- Monitor and assist in maintaining stock levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work effectively under pressure and manage time well during busy periods.
- Be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Possess a solid understanding of drink knowledge, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting is required.
- A good understanding of hospitality principles and commitment to service excellence.
