Chilled Pubs is an award winning and growing pub company with five beautiful, cosy pub restaurants in fantastic locations. We are currently looking for a Help Desk Agent to help us grow and develop increasing demand for online and telephone support.

**_What will the job involve?_**
- You will be answering phone calls
- Taking bookings for our restaurants
- Deal with a large variety of guest requests
- Be able to multi task and be confident with IT and basic computer skills
- Help guests via live chat

**MUST be able to work weekends

**MUST be flexible with shift patterns
