Lead Product Owner

Harvey Nash are working with a well-established digital finance client, who are looking for a Lead Product Owner to join the team. The role You will be responsible for liaising closely with high level stakeholders and the business to create and developa clear customer centric product roadmap, tying into the overall digital strategy of the organisation. This will include developing the product from inception, through requirements gathering, customer, and user research, through to agile delivery and release.You will also be responsible for the creation, ownership, and management of the product backlog, being able to clearly define and communicate priorities to your team. Key skills and experience required are: Demonstrable experience of having developed a productroadmap from scratch through to successful delivery Excellent stakeholder engagement and management Ability to innovate in the creation of the roadmap with a best-in-class product in mind Collaborate with multi-disciplinary development teams on creation ofuser stories Active participation in Scrum and Agile ways of working Experience of working in digital solutions previously. Continuous learning and improvement mindset Beneficial (but not required) Financial services experience Line management of 2-3 directreports (as a start) The salary on offer is circa £80k plus bonus and benefits, heavily dependent on experience. Currently everyone is working from home, when restrictions allow, and it is safe to do so, the work pattern will be 2 days in office (Cobalt BusinessPark) and 3 days from home - there is some further flexibility which can be gained through agreement with the hiring manager.
