**The Role**

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Optimisation team in the role of Digital Coordinator reporting to Kindred Group's Head of Optimisation.

The role will work closely with the Brand and Creatives, Ads Operations, Digital Advertising and Content teams.

**Key accountabilities of this role are**:

- Gather requirements for digital creative assets from stakeholders.
- Maintain and ensure high quality delivery (banners and landing pages).
- Coordinate event and product-based digital creatives.
- Coordinate translations for banners and landing pages.
- Be the main point of contact for any issues regarding our digital creative assets.
- Plan and ensure the best user journey for our new customers.

**We're looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge and experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of conversion optimisation
- Knowledge of UX & Design
- Great organisation, planning and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail
- Comprehension of user journey and behaviour.
- Good knowledge of digital acquisition channels, including programmatic, PPC and affiliates
- Self-starter & proactive attitude
- Commercial awareness
