As a General Labourer, you will get the chance to collaborate with our experienced tradesmen at diverse construction locations in Wales.
Main Duties:
- Assist tradesmen with various tasks such as carrying materials, loading and unloading equipment, and keeping work areas clean and organized.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards.
- Operate hand and power tools under the guidance of experienced tradesmen.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.
Criteria:
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and collaborate with a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
