Are you looking to expand your skills and knowledge in recruitment across a global company?

**Job Description**:
**Duties as an In-House Recruitment Resourcer**
- Create, upload and publish job adverts
- Using talent database's to CV search
- Assisting with the coordination of scheduling and booking interviews and providing hiring managers with feedback
- Ensuring all offer information has been collected and stored correctly in our ATS

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**
- Minimum 1 years experience working within recruitment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- High sense of urgency
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Comfortable conducting telephone screening calls
- Experienced in managing a large volume of roles
- Proven experience in developing client relationships and maximising business potential
- Seeks to understand both short and long-term hiring needs
