**Title**:Escalation Engineer (3rd Line)

**Location**:Pall Mall - Hybrid

**Salary**:Upto £60,000 + Benefits

**Contract/Permanent**:Permanent

**Working Hours**:Between 7am - 6pm (9-hour shift)

**Hours per week**: 40

**WHAT YOU GET**:

**THE JOB**:
The role of a 3rd Line Engineer:

- Working with multiple technologies and getting hands on experience with them
- Troubleshooting a wide array of 3rd Line issues using technologies including PowerShell, VMware, Azure and many others
- Get hands on experience with bespoke technologies
- Handling complex 3rd line/infrastructure problems
- Be the point of contact for complex troubleshooting issues and involves problem solving at the highest level
- Management of the internal Infrastructure

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**:
**Essential Skills**:

- Office 365 suite troubleshooting - Intune, Teams, Exchange etc.
- VMware/Hyper V exposure - 3rd Line Troubleshooting - E.g. - Slow Server, moving server to another host, expanding disc drive
- General 3rd Line Support

**Additional Technical experience that is desired**:

- Working in an MSP environment
- Experience within a fast-paced environment
- Any Certifications

**Soft Skills**:

- Reliable - can work in a team but also by themselves
- Team player
- Customer Service - clear communication skills and able to articulate easily
