FPSG, working in close partnership with a leading Commercial Law Firm in Scotland, have a unique opportunity for a Senior Associate/Associate to join their Real Estate team in Edinburgh.

Arising as part of continued success from a wide ranging client base boasting long-term relationships, our client is looking to expand their Real Estate division by appointing either a Senior Associate or Associate who is ambitious, driven & looking for an unrivalled opportunity to accelerate their career to a Partnership level.

**Role Responsibilities**

As a Senior Associate or Associate, you will join a team that undertakes a wide range of commercial property work which would include (but not limited to):

- Dealing with commercial transactions (acquisitions, disposals & Scottish elements of cross border transactions).
- Advising on a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including real estate financial transactions & leasing.
- Direct contact and responsibility for managing existing client relationships under the support and guidance of the Divisions highly experienced Partners.
- Actively develop and lead on a number of high profile clients, leading junior team members in the process.
- Support with business development across a number of key areas.

**Person Specification**

You will have demonstrable experience within a commercial real estate role and enjoy working as part of a collegiate and supportive practice team. Our client is looking to bring on board a professional who can essentially be a driving force within the team as it continues to grow. Ideally, you will have experience of managing junior team members and enjoy supporting with wider business development and marketing activities.
