We are currently on the lookout for a **Sortation Controller** to join us on a full time, permanent basis at our Sainsbury’s site in Langland’s Park, East Kilbride. This is a new business win for GXO, so exciting times

You will ensure that the Ambient picking orders are made available for both the sortation systems and conventional pick colleagues, whilst also providing general administration duties to ensure to efficient running of the warehouse operations.

You’ll be working 12hr shifts, on a 3 on, over 7 days and then 4 on over 7 days, shift pattern between the hours of 1800 - 0600. Some flexibility is also required to cover peak and holiday periods.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£32,114.16** per annum inclusive of night shift allowance. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Have operation of the sortation system providing work assignments for the warehouse and issue picking labels and debits to warehouse colleagues
- Maintain paper based and computerised work files whilst providing a quality service through strong communication with various departments
- Work with the Sainsbury’s events team when extra orders are placed and collate volume totals per hour
- Responsible for communicating with the sortation systems helpdesk and support team in Denmark

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Administrator and data input experience in a warehouse environment essential, inventory management would be a bonus
- Able to analyse and interpret data and produce work accurately to meet deadlines
- Strong communicator at all levels within the operation and able to work on own initiative and within a team
