Firefly are currently recruiting a Head of FP&A for a high growth Biotech business in Cambridge - the role can be 100% fully remote. You will lead the financial planning agenda within the business, business partnering with the heads of functions and providinggreater insight in to the long term planning of the business.

**About You**
- Responsible for the annual budget and reforecasting
- Work alongside the VP Commercial on the 5 year portfolio plan
- Provide financial input to commercial contracts
- Business partner the heads of functions and develop KPI’s to track progress
- Drive greater transparency of costs across each strategic pillar (not just by type of expense)
- Responsible for implementing Netsuite planning and budgeting modules
- Work closely with the Director of Financial Control to develop monthly dashboarding
- Assist the CFO in tracking the peer group - newsflow, analyst coverage, market activity
- Develop external non-GAAP KPIs for quarterly reporting and accurate track their progress
- ACA, CFA or equivalent qualification with +10 years PQE
- Able to link financial data to business performance, identifying issues and underlying drivers
- Comfortable manipulating, analysing and modelling large volumes of data
- An excellent relationship builder and communicator at all seniorities, collaborative, able to question our ways of working when appropriate
- A proven track record in FP&A
- Biotech or pharma sector experience
- USGAAP experience or a willingness to develop a deep understanding
