Service Manager

The Leader Group have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Service Manager with a background of supporting clients with learning disabilities and / or mental health issues.
The role involves:
- overall day to day running of a 12 bed specialist service for adults with autism and / or behaviours that challenge
- ensuring compliance with CQC and regulatory requirements
- meeting clinical, budgetary, regulatory and service development targets
- responsibility for providing a high-quality service, both in respect of client care and employee engagement
- effective occupancy management; co-ordinating referrals and assessments
- leading investigations as required; participating in audit requirements and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to
For this role, you will need to have:
- NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care
- Strong management and communication skills
- Experience within Learning Disability supported living / residential settings
