We are a Southampton based commercial construction and maintenance company looking to employ experienced individuals who can work on their own initiate or as part of a team as required.

We work for property management companies dealing with reactive and planned maintenance ranging from fixing a door to repairing roofs. We are looking for several individuals who have experience in one or more of the following skillsets:

- Plastering

Painting and decorating

Roofing

Electrical

Plumbing

Carpentry & Joinery

Brickwork/Blockwork

Concreting

The hours are 8am - 4pm base to base (Unit 5 Mitchell Close, Segensworth PO15 5SE) and travel to and from site will be within a company vehicle. it is a self employed position so you will need a UTR number.
