Harajuku Kitchen started life as a Japanese street food stall in Edinburgh, and is now also a renowned and award-winning restaurant lead by very skilled and passionate chefs, serving authentic Japanese Cuisine.

Edinburgh Street Food is a bold and eclectic foodies paradise filled with the best independent traders in Scotland - and Harajuku Kitchen is about to join them

As we expand, we are looking to take on Streetfood Staff to help us achieve our goal of making people happy with delicious Japanese food. Our intention every time is to improve so the next experience is even better than the last

This role is both customer facing and back of house operations focused so strengths in both areas are essential.

We are looking to create a friendly positive environment in which to build a dynamic new team - we are looking for people with a 'can do' attitude who enjoy working as a team, working hard and delivering great service.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- cooking, fresh food preparation and service
- Ensuring that all food items and products are stored, prepared and served based on the recipe, preparation and portion standards
- General cleaning and keeping the unit organised at all times, replenishing stock
- Working as a team, multi-tasking, and using initiative
- Customer service and striving to achieve business goals and targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
