**What You’ll Do**:
As a Despatch Operative, you’ll be a key part of our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient handling and distribution of daily orders. Your role will help us deliver fresh, high-quality bread and baked goods to homes and businesses every day. Key responsibilities include:

- **Safety First**: Proactively report hazards and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a Zero Harm workplace.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Pick, load, unload, and manage products with accuracy and efficiency.
- **Adaptability**: Take on various tasks across the despatch operation and embrace learning new skills.
- **Performance Excellence**: Achieve targets using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other performance tools.
- **Standards Compliance**: Maintain a “clean as you go” approach, contributing to internal and external audits.
- **Team Collaboration**: Build strong relationships with teams across the site to ensure seamless operations.
