We are looking for a **Process Improvement Officer** to join our team in Customer Operations. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£32,020 - £37,261 per annum (pro rata for part time)**

**The Process Improvement Officer Role**

As the process improvement officer, you will work closely with our customer insight and intelligence officer to carry out projects related to improving Council processes for the benefit of our customers and to drive efficiency.

Your role will be to work closely with officers from across the Council to help to use tools such as customer journey mapping, root cause analysis and other lean/business process reengineering techniques to ensure that our processes are effective and drivehigh levels of customer satisfaction.

You will have excellent communication skills as you will be working across the organisation to drive significant customer-focused change.
