**Salary**: £30 - £35k per annum
**Contract**: Full Time, Permanent
Embridge Consulting is on a trajectory of significant strategic growth, and we are in the process of expanding our services and our team to accommodate our plans for continued success.
As part of this, we are expanding our Board structure and are looking to engage an experienced, highly proficient, and outstanding Executive Assistant to support the CEO along with our new Board members.
**Executive Assistant - The Role**:
The EA will have experience of preparing and disseminating Board and Senior Management Meeting packs, along with the ability to create and analyse complex reports. Advanced MS Office skills are essential.
**Executive Assistant - Duties and Responsibilities**:
This role is a key position within the Company, as the post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the Board members are able to carry out their vital strategic roles for the Company. The EA to Board will be the 'gate keeper’ for the CEO and the Board,and will use their high levels of attention to detail, as well as their diplomacy, flexibility, and ability to communicate will all levels of audience to ensure the Board members are able to carry out their vital strategic roles for the Company. An understandingof, and ability to write, both formally and informally is required.
Reporting to the CEO of the Company with input and instructions from other members of the Board, the EA is a crucial position in ensuring the strategic and holistic success of the business.
With synchronised ambitions for excellence in all activities, we require a hands-on individual with a proactive approach to co-ordinate and orchestrate successful delivery of support to the Company’s vital leadership, including:
- Time / diary management of CEO’s, CCO’s, and CXO’s calendars
- Organising correspondence across multiple channels; following up on pending matters with limited direction
- During times of planned or unplanned absence of the CEO, CCO, and / or CXO, delegate appropriately urgent tasks or activities which require attention to the relevant member of the Senior Management Team
- Responding to urgent requests
- Co-ordinating and booking travel arrangements
- Preparation of monthly Senior Management Team Meeting reports and packs, along with preparation of monthly Board Meeting packs. Accurate minute taking and dissemination of the same from each meeting
- Assisting where needed with the co-ordination and quality control of Board level written communications
- Organising meetings and events
