**About Lumen**

**The Role**:
The Inventory Materials Coordinator will be responsible for receiving deliveries, processing outbound orders, processing returned equipment from the field, keeping accurate stock records. Provide a service to internal customers.

This role will contribute to improving customer service and inventory accuracy, Operational activities include performing detailed audits that enable revenue recovery and/or cost savings opportunities.

**The Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintains warehouse and inventory of equipment and equipment spares
- Unloading / Loading of vehicles.
- Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices
- Maintains accurate records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform quarterly stock takes.
- Must be flexible to work on call.
- Perform other tasks related to but not mentioned herein

Minimum Requirements
- Experience within warehousing/logistics
- Intermediate data management.

Preferred Requirements
- Operate motorised and non-motorised material handling equipment (fork-lifts, pallet jacks, etc) (training will be given).
