We’re Hiring: Office Administrator - Truro (Office-Based)

We’re looking for someone super organised, friendly, and proactive to join our team in Truro as our new Office Administrator. This is a key role to keep our office running smoothly and make sure both our team and our visitors feel supported.

What you’ll be doing (but not limited to):
Provide day-to-day administrative support across the team

Book travel and accommodation when required

Pulling together weekly customers reports

Giving visitors a warm welcome

Help ensure smooth running of office operations

Monitor and report on all communication channels, including Socials

Attend meetings to help with minutes across all areas of the business

Execute internal operational processes including Joiners, Leavers, asset tracking, and access tracking.

Meeting support - maintenance and preparation of agendas and meeting packs, and attend meetings to help meeting organisers with smooth facilitation and action logs across all areas of the business

Monitor all renewal dates and anniversaries across the business

What we’re looking for:
Highly organised, detail-focused and reliable

Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support colleagues

High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office.

A team player, happy to help wherever needed

Some knowledge of B Corp and ISO standards (a bonus, not a must)

Based in Truro, ready to start immediately

Pay: £24,420.00-£35,375.03 per year
