Intertrain, Part of City & Guilds Training is currently recruiting Trainee Rail Trainers and NSAR Assured Trainers.
We are currently recruiting for the centre based in Portsmouth.
All applicants must have previous Rail experience and hold a minimum of COSS Competence.
Have you got excellent knowledge and experience in the Rail industry, and would you like to become a trainer in this Industry or maybe you are an experienced trainer already???
Due to our growth and expansion, we are hiring Trainers to join our team, here at Intertrain.
This appointment will be made on merit.
**About The Role**:
As a Trainer you will provide induction, initial assessment, and advice and guidance to all learners enrolled on Rail Intertrain (UK) Ltd training courses and programmes. You will assess learners progress and maintain accurate records of assessments of learning carried out, learner journey, achievement and feedback provided.
For this vacancy we will consider a qualified NSAR Assured Trainers OR Trainee Trainers who are looking for further development and progression.
We are looking for professional, committed, and passionate individuals with solid occupational experience to join our team.

**Attributes we are looking for (from Assured NSAR Trainer)**
- Level 3 training and development qualification or equivalent
- NSAR Assured Trainer/Assessor
- Team player, motivated and able to inspire the learner journey

**For The Trainee Trainer** role, we will require all applicants to have a minimum of COSS Competence and have a good railway experience and knowledge.
**This role will suit someone working in Rail who is looking to step off the tools and kick start their career as a hands-on Teacher/Trainer.**
