**SO YOU WANT TO JOIN CANDY?**

We are looking for a talented **3D Generalist** to create high quality content within our digital asset driven content studio. As a **3D Generalist**, you will be working with a small group of people on our creative team to provide assets and explore best practices for our creation pipelines and techniques, specifically leaning in from a Lighting, Texturing and Compositing perspective.

We are searching for creative minds that are excited to take on challenges in the immediate while providing vision to the future. We want builders, innovators, and those that can not only think outside the box, but collaborate outside the box..

**AS OUR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, YOU WILL...**
- Model, light and texture game-ready character enhancements, features, environments and backgrounds.
- Create new variants of existing digital assets.
- Work closely with the concept, tech art, and animation teams.
- Integrate final assets into the game engine.

**WHO ARE YOU?**
- You have the ability to generate AAA quality game ready assets.
- You have experience creating 3D art with an emphasis on Lighting and Texturing
- An eye for small details
- You have professional experience within the related industry, with a focus on environment and character art.
- You have knowledge in processing and usage of 3D scan data.
- You have experience with modeling/sculpting: organic and hard surface models.
- You have experience sculpting both realistic and stylized assets.
