An award winning national practice, with offices across Merseyside are currently seeking to recruit a confident and talented LVI Litigation Executive (Fee Earner/Paralegal or Solicitor) to work within their technical personal injury unit. Working with a teamof experienced senior fee earners in a close knit environment, you'll become part of a dedicated and specialist team.
The practice are highly regarded for their specialist Personal Injury and insurance offering and pride themselves on providing the highest level of service to their insurer clients.
You will be given responsibility for your own caseload of predominantly litigated RTA LVI claims, which you'll handle from instruction through to completion. Ideally you will posses previous LVI/Fraud experience but if you have a strong background in litigationand are looking to progress to dealing with a more technical caseload, you're encouraged to apply.
You will have a good working knowledge of relevant case law and/or legislation. Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise effectively and work efficiently to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
The LVI department continues to go from strength to strength. You'll be working out of modern commercial offices and be supported by the senior team and heads of department to progress and further your career.
