**Job Role - **Clinic Supervisor

**Location - Victoria, London**

**Salary - **£15.10ph

DAM Health are currently looking for an experienced enthusiastic Clinic Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinic Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and in line with the highest possible standards. You will also be responsible for the health and safety of the clinic again ensuring that the highest standards possible are set. Also working with the Clinic management to motivate and encourage employees to maintain productivity. As a Clinic Supervisor, you will be the go-to person for staff to go to when challenges and enquiries arise.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of implementing of clinical policies and practice standards.
- Extensive experience of working with adult couples.
- Ability to balance practitioner development with requirement for full adherence to required practice, policies, and processes.
- Ability to write and present reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Management, leadership and facilitator skills and experience.
- Commitment to lead and develop the equality and diversity agenda
- Previous experience of working with KPI’s
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding best practice, relevant agencies, and legislation

**Essential Requirements**
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- NHS Care Certificate
- Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel.
- Proficient with supervision and service delivery
- Proficient knowledge of applicable laws.
- Strong people skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A full DBS check will be required for this role.

**Desirable**
- Band 2 HCA holding a NHS Care Certificate
- Phlebotomy trained

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £15.10 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical Practice Management: 1 year (preferred)
