Trainee Butcher

**Trinity Personnel are recruitingfor an Apprentice Butcherfor a local company based in Telfrod. They Supplyquality beef products for the national ,** **international retail &food service markets.**

Hours of work:07:00 - 17:00 Monday
- Friday with additional weekend work when required.

Pay:£9.50 per hour

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Butcher. This role offers a successful and rewarding career alongside gaining a recognised Butchery qualification. This will be a great learning environment for an Apprentice looking to master thetrade of butchery.

You will work alongside highly knowledgeable and reputable, Managers, Supervisors and Butchers to develop a wide skillset to ensure you can start your career in this exciting industry.

No previous experience necessary as all training will be provided.

**What will you gain?**
- A Level 2 qualification in Butchery.
- Food Safety Level 2.
- Health & Safety Level 2
- Knife Skills Level 2
- Level 2 Butchery Apprenticeship Qualification
- A Full-time permanent position at Pickstock after the Apprenticeship
- An excellent understanding of supply chain and production flow.
- Learning the carcass model and all cuts of meat.
- Understanding of customer specifications & yields.
