Wilton House Belfast are 23 NEW Luxury Serviced Apartments in Belfast City Centre. We are now hiring for a full-time Accommodation Assistant to join our team

**Your job responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Attending to all apartments to ensure high standards are continuously met
- Conduct check-ins personally, even after hours and on weekends as required
- Conduct regular detailed inventory checks, quality control, report any maintenance and repair issues in a timely manner
- Source and distribute all necessary apartment supplies and track inventory accordingly (stock control)
- Manage all cleaning personnel and schedule on a weekly basis
- Check-In / Meet and greet guests
- Answer the 24h emergency phone and attend to guest concerns

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has to have management experience, ideally in operations
- Is a perfectionist and always strives to beat the status quo
- Has a proven track record of successfully leading a team
- Is a confident driver and likes to be on the move
- Is exceptionally detail orientated and is very well organised
- Is exceptional at multi-tasking
- Works well under pressure and always has a cool head
- Is a quick learner
- Is very self-confident and can make independent judgment calls on the spot
- Has great customer service skills
- Has strong management skills with no 9-5 mentality
- Has a professional phone manner

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills
- Not required but experience with the following fields is considered a big plus: operations in serviced apartments/ hotel, housekeeping, maintenance

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belfast, BT1 6AR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
