We are excited to welcome a creative and self-motivated in-house Graphic Designer and Illustrator to our Marketing Team. You will work along side management and the sales team to produce compliant labelling and packaging, help design, launch and maintain our new website, create website banners and content for our own website and those of our customers, produce marketing materials including a new catalogue and help create and market our branding.

Working in a niche market, you will be required to learn some of the regulatory and legal aspects of our business to ensure that packaging is compliant for different markets we sell to.

We are looking for a creative individual to bring fresh ideas to the team and also bring to life current concepts.

**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Creating the graphics and artwork for our packaging, working with our packaging suppliers and management team to produce complaint packaging.
- Working closely with our export department, management and compliance team on labelling for different packaging and countries
- Creating graphics for online and social media content
- Working alongside the sales team to create a new catalogue
- Working alongside the sales team and management to design, launch and update and maintain our new website
- Creating videos for social media content
- Designing printed documents such as leaflets and posters and other promotional materials
- Re-designing labels and brand logos and working with the legal team to trademark the same
- Supporting the sales team with growing the company brands
- Designing presentations and webinars

**SKILLS DESIRED FOR ROLE**
- Good experience with Adobe Creative Cloud platforms including Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
- A degree in Graphic Design or similar would be an advantage.
- You should have proven experience within a similar role, taking responsibility for graphic design work
- Microsoft Office Power-Point, Excel and Word experience
- Photography and Photoshop editing
- Short video creation and editing
- Knowledge of CAD and other relevant design tools would be a plus
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity to bring new ideas to improve and develop our brands and packaging.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience building branding and brand awareness
- Social media marketing

- Good team working skills and interpersonal skills
- Bring your creative ideas to the table during campaign planning and regular meetings
- Manage the complete design process from concept to completion, including managing amendments in accordance to feedback from the marketing and sales team and management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
