This high-end security systems integrator is looking for a Project Manager to manage multiple, large-scale integrated security projects (access control and IP CCTV) for Enterprise and Blue-Chip clients in the UK and EMEA.

Working both nationally and across EMEA, the company offer projects for integrated IP security. Primarily access control and IP CCTV in commercial premises for key enterprise and blue-chip clients, with projects ranging from £10k - £2m.

Job Role Summary:
This role is to mentor the team of Installation Technicians and commissioning engineers, whilst providing support and training. You'll also be responsible for overseeing the work carried out on various sites across the UK, with periodic travel to sites throughoutEMEA. Close contact with the operational and projects teams to ensure smooth delivery of service to projects required by their clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all Technicians and Commissioning Engineers to ensure they are working efficiently with projects teams to meet client needs
- Oversee on-site progress of the Technicians and Commissioning engineers to ensure work is carried out to the highest standard, on time and within budget
- Plan and identify any future hiring needs within the team
- Creating clear career paths for the Technicians and Commissioning Engineers
- Holding regular 1-2-1 meeting with team members, approving timesheets and other support duties as required
- Meeting customers with the project management team to analyse project needs and provide recommendations
- Understand customer standards and ensure that all fulfilments are met to milestone and quality standards
- Working in compliance to the company's H&S requirements - with safety of self and others

Skills Required:

- Significant experience within the security engineering sector - either as a Lead Engineer or managerial background
- Suitable for an experienced engineer looking for a step up in their career
- Experience with projects involving Lenel, C-cure and Genetec (or very similar)
- Previous experience of leading a team
- Experience with High-end clients
