Hybrid working. Varied and interesting finance business partner role for a recently qualified accountant. You will be working with a collaborative finance team in a dynamic, fast pace organisation.

Having recently undergone private equity investment and is entering a period of high growth and now requires a **Finance Business Partner**to support the CFO and Financial Controller in the running of the department.

You should have a can-do attitude and be comfortable being outside of your comfort zone. This is a new role for the group and will develop and evolve as the company continues to grow. We are ideally looking for a Big 4 trained chartered accountant who islooking for their first or second move into industry but will equally consider others who have had alternative experiences

**Your Impact as Finance Business Partner**

The post will report to the Financial Controller and tasks may include:

- Helping to roll out a business partnering approach across the group to include assistance in investment appraisal and budgeting/forecasting.
- A number of ad hoc projects designed to enable the continued growth of the company. These are likely to include acquisitions of new businesses and integration of those businesses into the group.
- Continued development of the ERP system focussing on key areas to achieve aims of automated processes and management of budgets in business areas.
- Establishing group reporting processes and standard processes.
- Risk management and corporate governance

**Requirements for Finance Business Partner**
- Chartered Accountant
- Strong technical financial accounting skills
- Strong modelling and excel skills
- A desire to work in a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment
- Committed to continuing to learn and develop
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working outside of their comfort zone
- Experience of a finance systems_(desirable)_
- Experience of group accounting_(desirable)_
