**We are hiring BANK Support Workers to join our team at Grove Court Residential Care Home.**
Grove Court is a 24 hour Residential Care Home, with 12 registered beds. Grove Court provides support to male and female clients who are affected by severe mental illness.
**If you are looking to work more flexibly BANK work could be ideal for you - you may be retired, looking to do additional shifts around your current role or would like to work around your family commitments.**
**Overview of the role purpose**
As a Bank Support Worker, you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey. You will work flexibly - as and when required by the service.
**Some of the essential skills and experience required for this role include**:
- Experience of working within a Support Worker role
- I am a good listener, empathetic, understanding, kind, patient and willing to learn.
- I can demonstrate behaviours consistent with the values of the Charity.
