Front of House Cafe

FRONT OF HOUSE (NO EVENINGS):
We’re after someone with solid café or hospitality experience to step into a supervisor role. You’ll help keep things running smoothly, support our younger team, and bring good vibes to every shift.
You’ll be doing things like:
▪ Welcoming customers - sit-in & takeaway
▪ Taking orders, making hot & cold drinks
▪ Running food, clearing tables & keeping the place tidy
▪ Helping train and support team members
▪ Lending a hand with stock & deliveries
☕ Already a coffee pro? Amazing. If not - we’ll get you trained up
Shifts are mostly afternoons and weekends - NO evenings required Being flexible to cover holidays is a big plus.

Who are we?
Glenbarr Stores is a destination stop in Kintyre with a gift shop, garden centre, and a café recently voted one of Scotland’s Top 5 Tearooms. We’re lucky to be based in a beautiful spot and we’ve got a young, ambitious team who care about doing things properly.
We’d love to hire locally - but the right experience is hard to come by, so we’re happy to look further afield if someone’s keen to join us.
