**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As one of two HR Business Partners based in Daventry you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, professional & efficient generalist HR support service to specific client department areas and our employees. Some of the areas you will be requiredto support is performance management, disciplinary & grievance, employee communications, training & development, employee relations, legislative guidance, remuneration & benefits and employee satisfaction, in line with Percepta’s people strategies. Facilitatethe achievement of Percepta’s business objectives by coaching and supporting Managers and Supervisors with their people management issues, delivering HR projects/ initiatives and identifying and resolving key HR issues.

**During a Typical Day, You’ll**:

- Acts as an advisor and coach to managers and team leaders ensuring pragmatic solutions, legal compliance and resolution of all people management actions and concerns
- Supports managers with performance & absence management issues
- Advises and monitors managers and employees concerning work-related issues, including grievance investigations and disciplinary interviews
- Conducts exit interviews, analysis data and makes recommendations to client department managers
- Conducts employee related counselling and investigations, as necessary
- Manages the implementation and ensures compliance of Percepta’s Equal Opportunity and Diversity policies
- Supports Jnr HR Manager UK, to ensure employee feedback is gained through the Global Speak Up survey, working with department Managers on improvement and development plans for each department
- Supports the development, implementation and maintenance of all HR related training programmes
- Responsible for local staff forums and liaison with Company wide employee forums
- Provides ad-hoc reports to Finance, Workforce Planning, and Operations with regard to attrition, leavers, and historical employee data for assigned Business Units
- Provides guidance & support in the areas of Health & Safety, Welfare & Social activities
- Supports the internal communications processes and contributes to the HR Intranet section
- Produces monthly people statistics reports
- Works on special projects as required as agreed with the Jnr HR Manager UK
- Personal administration, filing, etc
- Ensures compliance with UK employment legislation

**What You Bring to the Role**
- Previous HR Generalist experience so you can support, advise and coach managers/supervisors at all levels - ensuring pragmatic solutions, legal compliance and resolution of all people management concerns.
- A passion and enthusiasm for all areas of HR, including looking for pro-active solutions and improvements when required.
- You will be able to demonstrate you are up to date on current Employment Law and how you maintain that knowledge.
- A team player who will collaborate with and support other team members but be able to work independently when required.
- You will deal well with change management and be able to adapt your approach to situations as they arise.
- An eye for detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.

- 25 days Annual leave to start, increases by 1 day on anniversary of start date for the first 5 years, meaning a potential maximum of 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
