The business has established a track record for driving excellence within service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities of the Technical Business Analyst**:

- Lead and support on projects within a variety of solutions workstreams
- Collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver both strategic and operational technology solutions
- Drive the awareness and adoption of technology solutions
- Take a proactive role in upskilling stakeholders in a variety of technology solutions
- Support the delivery of specific technology solutions strategies

**Key attributes of the Technical Business Analyst**:

- Demonstratable experience of working with a technology platform or products essential
- Experience in delivery methodologies like Waterfall and/or Agile and Product Ownership
- Experience with business analysis and/or project management
- Demonstrable experience of contributing to winning work in pitches desirable but not essential
- Experience within legal services, law firm or other professional services firm is highly desirable
