You will have had experience in a clinical role with mostly management responsibilities and will be required to line manage staff. You will be able to lead and participate in service development, to identify the need for new practice and determine methods of implementing change.
Clinic working hours Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm each day.

- To be responsible for the operational management and day to day running of the podiatry service within Barnet. To provide expert podiatry clinical leadership within a highly specialised area of Podiatry across Barnet. To work jointly with the podiatry leadership team in ensuring the service meets trust and commissioner set key performance indicators and standards.
- To work as a highly specialist podiatrist within your team and ensure a high level of quality of patient care is delivered. To ensure the efficient and cost effective processes and ways of working are in place. To oversee the line management and coordination of supervision and rotations to ensure these are being undertaken appropriately
