Window Cleaner

Due to business expansion we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our expanding team

This initially would be for 3 days per week with view to full time.

**Job description**:
As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.

We use a modernised ’Reach and Wash’ water-fed pole system for our cleans. Experience is desirable but not essential and full training will be given.

You will be provided each day with a fully-equipped company van and work independently using our software accessed via your smartphone.

Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service are essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows, sills and frames to ensure a streak-free finish
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively
- Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when working at heights
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Address customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and invoices
- Follow established cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks accordingly

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Window Cleaner or in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred
- Ability to drive to different job sites as needed
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work at heights if necessary
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: £12.50 per hour
