Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated, reliable and inspiring restaurant supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in managing all day to day aspects of the restaurant. You will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and motivate our staff to ensure excellent customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability. Exceptional management skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee front and back of house restaurant operations

Serving customers in an attentive and accommodating manner, whilst ensuring the team do so as well

Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to

customer queries/complaints tactfully and professionally

Work with the team to improve the customer's experience

Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
