**Role: Recruitment and Onboarding Executive (Full time)** **Location: Tanuton** **Salary: £26,000 + Bonus** If you are looking or you first step into recruitment or are a consultant already and just want to focus on the resourcing side then this would be the role for you. I am supporting a local company who are looking to expand their resourcing team in Taunton. You'll be responsible for the for the recruitment of Health Care Assistants and Support Workers for their services in the region. **Duties Include** - Speaking to the local service managers to ensure that all the vacancies are advertised. This job would be well suited to a university leaver or someone who has worked in administration and has a the ability to prioritise tasks and can build rapport quickly. **Benefits** - 25 days holiday + bank holidays - 5% Employer matched employer contributions, - Life Cover - £26,000 + bonus This is an amazing job for someone who wants to start their career in recruitment or is really focused on improving the outcomes of the local community, but perhaps "doing the care" doesn't fit.
