**Our Ford site in Lincoln** are recruiting a Aftersales Leader to oversee their workshop, Service Advisors and parts department.

**What does the role of an Aftersales Leader involve?**
- Ensure all warranty and repair work is carried out adheres to manufacturer and company standards
- Maximise efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labour sales, parts and materials and constantly assessing against budget objectives
- Management of accounts, budgets and costs for the whole department.
- Regular review of pricing policies and ensuring appropriate legislation is adhered to
- Leading the team, setting clear targets and KPIs, to excel and over achieve these
- Ensure and maintain a safe working environment and that processes are followed that adhere to health and safety regulations
- Enhancing levels of customer service to achieve a high CSI score for the department

**What do you need to succeed as an Aftersales Leader?**
- Experience in a target driven environment with the ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets
- Passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service to ensure customer retention
- Proven background in running a successful workshop or parts department.
- Strong business acumen
- Strong knowledge of consumer/vehicle legislation
