We are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst to join a UK market leading company based in Milton Keynes. The role is hybrid working and you will need to attend their offices in Milton Keynes a few times per month.

The purpose of this role is to investigate and resolve errors affecting the quality and completeness of customer’s data. You will be responsible for all queries from other industry parties relating to the data held.

To add the above you will aid in the resolution of any contractual non-conformities through escalation and assistance. Someone that can problem solve and identify system and process enhancements would be perfectly matched to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process data in accordance with contractual deadlines
- regular reviews of procedures and internal working practices, identify areas of inefficiency and suggest appropriate improvements
- Attend, where relevant, any customer meetings to promote and provide technical detail on data retrieval services
- Proactively resolve issues for the company and the customer to ensure outstanding work is within agreed targets
- Produce and update procedural documentation to support new and amended services
- Document and assist in the resolution of customer complaints, escalating where necessary
- Involvement in the planning and deployment of new services and system enhancements, ensuring that supporting documentation is created in line with the contractual agreement

Skills and knowledge:
Good level of written and spoken English

Good level of Microsoft office packages (Excel, Word, etc)

Previous data analytical experience

Customer service skills
