**Role**: People Coordinator
**Hours**: 35 hours per week
**Salary**: £21,500 to £25,000 per annum (offered between this scale, dependent upon experience)

**Location**:Mariner House - Dartford/Working from Home
**We’re on the lookout for a People Coordinator to join our team**
We are avid supporters of agile working, allowing you to work flexibly between our Dartford office and your home. As a People Team, we work collaboratively in the office every Wednesday.
**As a People Coordinator you will**:

- Provide a responsive and people focused service across a number of processes
- Lead on all aspects of recruitment and selection, including the management of job adverts through to the point of offer
- Provide support to the People Partners with confidential administration, including minute taking in formal meetings and data inputting
- Provide support to the Executive Director and Head of People with diary and inbox management
- Coordinate and assist with the organisation of company events and projects
- Complete all relevant pension administration, with the support of a People Partner
- Provide generalist administrative support to the wider People team

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Has office administration experience
- Has an understanding and commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Holds similar values to our corporate values and professional standards
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Has a keen interest in recruitment
- Has experience in using a HR database
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
