**Cleaning Supervisor**

**Hull**

**Salary: £25,501** per annum**

**37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year**

As our **Cleaning Supervisor**,** **you** **will oversee and manage our cleaning operations.

The post holder will be responsible for coordinating and leading a team of cleaners, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.

**Responsibilities of our** **Cleaning Supervisor**:

- Supervise and direct cleaning staff daily.
- Assign cleaning tasks to team members and ensure completion within specified timeframes.
- Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of assigned areas.
- Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to cleaning staff.
- Resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Allocate and run annual leave according to college policies and procedures
- Adhere to college policies and procedures.

- Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality standards are met.
- Previous experience in cleaning services.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Basic computer skills.
