To continue our tremendous growth, we’re looking for a **Training Coordinator** to join our Monster Ambition and Progression team (MAP) and help invest in the development of skills across all areas of our business. If you love learning new things, sharing your knowledge, and you’re a confident, personable, and organised individual—this is the role for you
You’ll work closely with the MAP Assistant Manager to identify skill gaps, deliver exciting internal training, and help every Monster see how they can grow and succeed here. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone ready to dive in and make a difference, even if you haven’t done this kind of role before
**Your Role**:
- Help identify skills gaps across the business and propose training solutions.
- Coordinate external training programs and explore cost-effective options.
- Create engaging, world-class training content and deliver it to all areas of the business.
- Track and manage training records, ensuring timely refreshers and updates.
- Support management in identifying and coordinating refresher training.
- Lead fun and informative company inductions and other presentations.
- Help onboard new Monsters and support engagement activities across all three sites.
- Uphold and champion Monster values: Empowerment, Forward Thinking, Respect, and Fun.
- Contribute to building Monster Progression Plans (MPPs), helping our teams see clear paths for growth and success.

**Working Hours**: Full-time, with the flexibility to start anytime between 8:00am and 9:30am and finish between 4:00pm and 5:30pm (37.5hrs per week).
You’ll be based at our offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60), so own transport is essential. You’ll also need to travel to our Scunthorpe distribution centre, and may occasionally visit our Venlo, Netherlands site.
