Vision Teaching are currently recruiting for a behaviour mentor on behalf of a large 2 site Primary School in the borough of Greenwich. This school has great transport links including the newly opened Elizabeth Line.This is a long-term role for the academicyear, starting ASAP. This role is full time from 8:30am - 3:30pm. The school is also happy to offer contracts on a termly basis.
The behaviour mentor would be expected to work with pupils on a one to one basis, in addition to assisting within group sessions within the schools NEST unit. The school are seeking to appoint a passionate, enthusiastic and thick skinned individual to supportpupils with Social, Emotional & Behaviour difficulties (also known as SEMH/EBD).
Although not essential the following qualifications/experience are highly desirable:

- Youth Work
- Mentoring
- Sports Background
- Team Teach
- Psychology Degree
- Previous school based experience within a Primary or SEND school.
- Behaviour Teaching Assistant
