**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and situations.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
